Rohan O'Neill has been volunteering with Glossop swimming club for a number of years and helps out as an assistant coach. This is in addition to his training at Trafford Metro and school work. Rohan has been with us now for about 18 months and has made fantastic progress with his swimming having eclipsed all his previous personal best times in his first year.
At the Derbyshire Sports Awards evening Rohan had to deliver a speech about volunteering to an audience of over 700 in a packed marquee before collecting his award for exceptional service as a young volunteer in Derbyshire.
