Bad weather beset Round 2 and as the snow fell only 3 teams were able to attend the fixture, hosts Alsager, ourselves and Nantwich.
Despite a number of last minute cry-offs our team was to prove too strong for the opposition setting the standard with victories in the first 7 events. The team went on to win 29 of the 51 events and a comfortable victory.
Hopefully normal weather conditions will prevail for the next fixture in March. Final scores were:
