SPEED wins the day. Megan Hughes and James ran the show today with some impressive swims hopefully securing British/English national qualifications. Megan regained her championship Gold in the sprint 50 fc as well as solid 4th in th 100fc in a new lifetime best, and James became the double breastroke champion of the 500 and 100m. We also saw Abigail C get a solid 50 fc pb, with Laura putting in a solid 50fly to make the final in a pb too. Reece finished off our individuals with a great return to form in the 50 no under 29seconds and we had our relay ladies in today looking to secured national qualification with Megan, Abigail, Louisa Zolkiewskiand Helen Sadler the ladies finished 3rd in 4.11. And the younger ladies did great too with Laura, Caitlin, Maisie and Nina in a great race finishing with a 4.26. Well done to everyone one racing this weekend and a special mention to Jack O'Brien who is back in form on the 100 and 200 breastroke winning both to be open age group champ
