The last swimming sessions for Junior squads before the holidays will be on 22 December 2023.
For those who have achieved County Qualifier status there are specifically tailored training sessions on 27-28 December 2023 as detailed below:
Super Sprint, Senior County, Junior and National Seniors
- Dates: December 27th and 28th 2023
- Time: 7:00am to 9:00am
JD2, JD1, and Inter Regional
- Dates: December 27th and 28th 2023
- Time: 6:00am to 7:00am
This additional training is designed to help swimmers maintain and build on their skills during the holiday season, to ensure they are well-prepared for upcoming competitions in January 2024. All eligible swimmers are strongly encouraged to attend these sessions.
Training resumes for all Junior Squad swimmers in accordance with the usual Training Timetable on 3 January 2023.
