--> Its disappointing news from the channel.
The limited information we have is that "After over 9 1/2 hours swimming, Dave has had to pull out of his attempt. Force 3 waves and sickness drained his energy.
He is back on-board the Connemara safe and well."
We are all "gutted" for him considering the effort he has put in and can only imagine what he is feeling at the moment.
Lets give Dave a great welcome home and big pat on the back for a heroic attempt
