Kim will be posting regular updates and messages to the Web site with the first one below

Trafford Metro swimming has entered a new period of development and I hope that all the members will embrace the opportunity that now beholds us.  It is my aim to develop the potential of the club and to work with our coaches to raise the level of performance that each and every swimmer in the club can achieve. After a period of review and assessment, we will endeavour to implement a program of progressive steps within the program that gives the swimmers a clear routine of what they need to achieve to move to the next level. As the achievement will be regularly monitored, this information will be available for parents if they wish to know where their children are in the development process. Competition should be a challenging but ultimately positive experience. We are reviewing the swim meet program so that we get a good balance of opportunity to compete with appropriate level of competition. I look forward to working with you all in the coming months and hope that you enjoy the swimming experience.

Kim.
